Lightbulb Creatine question? who has taken it?

Alright I started taking Creatine Monohydrate on monday. I'm in the loading phase so I'm taking 30grams or milligrams one of the two before each workout. Now on to the funky part.

Today I was doing chest and triceps. I normally do pec flys and tri extstensions for the most part. Today I started off with a few pull up then pec flys and rotated in pull ups and some straight pull downs.

Before Creatine I was doin 125lb on pec fly 6 reps 3 sets and really pushing to get that final rep or two. Today I did all this plus an extra set of 6 and wasn't as taxed on the final rep as normal thought nothing of it.

On to triceps normally I do 70-80lbs for tri extensions today I rack 70lbs. Not enough at all so I bump it to 90lbs. Do 6 reps "that was too easy" So up to a 100lbs. I did 100lbs. for the rest of the sets no problem. I finished my other things in my workout no problem.

I know I'm not going crazy and it's def not placebo. I know creatine isa supposed to make you stronger and all and help make bigger gains but WTF?!? 20-30lbs gain in one week for triceps? What gives here? is this normal?

Yeah I was wary to my self for awhile. Then I read up on it and decided to do it. It does occur naturally in the body FWIW.

I used to take it a few years a go, and had somewhat similar results but it bloated the shit out of me, so although I was getting great pumps, I was holding tons of water (especially around my waist) so I stopped.
Your gains are definitley on the "upper" end that's for sure.
I'm not trying to get huge anymore so I stay away. My wife actually wants me to run a 1/2 marathon with her in May , so I need to "lose" about 15-20 pounds so my lower back can handle the long distance.

Can I be the devil on your shoulder?

update..My pec flys have gone all the way up to 162lbs with ease went from 80lbs preacher curls up to 100lbs. I can shrug 150lbs with no problem

it doesnt make you stronger it delays the tireness. and gives energy.with normal doses its ok , the bad part is it fools the heart by adding more preasure to it to supply the muscles with extra pumping for the extra job your doing ( which makes you think your stronger ) you just dont feel tired you work more with heavier wieghts but your heart is pumping more than its normal levels. i used it and it was ok , always everything in the middle is ok , just dont go extreme.

thats why they take winstrol with it to lose fat and water and add more aminos but its ileagle drug. i took it hehe. 5 shots which is nothing, wanted to try.the common courses at gyms, is i dont know how is it in the states but here in europe or middle east and the rest of the world its like dina+winstrol+dica_testesteron. ofcourse tablets quantities changes from week to week shots too.im natuarlly big i didnt need to use these thing like other buds at the gym. i got 49cm byceps now i didnt train since 5 years , but back then i had 52cms!! i dont know in inches . in general i was 189cm tall. and 125kilos . now im 135kilos i was boxer for 10 years too. shit , i miss the sport days i feel bad with no training but my job takes all my time

It occurs naturally in much lower amounts though. My brother was on it for the maximum recommended time at which point his doctor HIGHLY recommended he get off of it. Long-term exposure can do serious damage to your liver. All I'm saying here is be careful man, stuff like that can end up messing your body up pretty badly.

it's a big imporvment..My shrugs are actually up to 180lbs I could do more I just can't find a way to comfortabley do it..
