Those stands that hold an acoustic so you can play it standing up...

Anybody know where to find one of those fancy stands that hold an acoustic or classical guitar so you can walk up and play it while wearing your electric?

Is there a name for those?

I've looked on a few online retailers like MF and AMS and can't find one.

The only one I'm aware of are Gracie Performer Stands. There might be a couple of other companies out there making them. I think the technical term for them is "walk up stand".

"...reverse inline pointy headstock that can poke someone's eye out..."

I've heard them referred to as "playing stands" or "performer stands". I've wanted one for years since i saw Def Leppard using them. I'm amazed that Gracie is still in business... they seem to rely primarily on word-of-mouth for marketing, and they don't seem to be sold in any of the major stores.
