In alternate tunings like DACGce or Dadgad... anybody doing experimentation along these lines?

Also is any one doing any experimenting with 4th interval tunings (CGDAE...) what string gauges are you using?

Not to be rude to you but if you try a search on alternative tunings you will find a whole bunch of threads with useful information that is more then worth reading through.

There are a couple of us here that tune in 4ths and some of us that tune in 5ths.
Usually for gauges and tunings some of us uses this program;

String Guage and Tension Calculator - Version 0.1.4 - 26 apr 1998

It's really helpful for those who have different scales then the normal 25.5.

The tension calculator is really going to come in handy...
It looks like the Low B string is going to be tuned the same as the high b in most tunings. That's just the information I was looking for!
