I believe it's called a Justin King. He's great, I think Andy McKee is more consistently good though, just doesn't do as much tapping. This is still a great song.

Ah, it's Justin! I haven't seen this video in a while. Neat stuff. From what little I remember, he seems to have developed a mild godhead, and most of his stuff I've heard isn't as schnazzy as this piece, but it's still neat stuff that I'll probably never be able to play myself.
