WTB: Peavey 5150
Wanted: a Peavey 5150. Preferably, an original one. I have a line on one(5150 + 5150 4x12) locally, but it's all depending on how quick some of my stuff sells.
I may also consider a Peavey JSX, for the right price or other, comparable tube heads. Ideally, I'd like the 5150 + 2 Genz Benz G-flex 2x12s. Thanks. Donnie |

+1 That cab sounds fucking great with that head. The amp and speakers are voiced for one another.

Honestly - Mesa cabs sound like ass with the 5150 live, but mic'd up, they sound awesome.
I still find a V30 loaded Marshall cab to work best with it - I'm not a big fan of the 5150 cab. Or Mesa cab's, for that matter. |
