FS: Sennheiser EW372G2D Wireless System (Sydney, Australia)

Hi guys, I'm selling this over at the bay but I'll pull it if anyone here is interested.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....MESE%3AIT&rd=1
(If I'm not allowed to link that let me know and I'll delete it)

I'm looking for AU$1200 ONO and I'm only open to Aussie buyers for now. I'm located in Newtown (Sydney) and would prefer the buyer to pickup - but we can negotiate shipping if required (This would have to be paid by the buyer)

Sennheiser G2 is the current model and the 300 series the top of the line retailing at AU$1599! It is in the D range frequency for Australian use (786-822 MHz).

The system was purchased brand new in July '05 and has not been used since November '05. In that time I used it only 5 times in total!

Every component of this system has been meticulously cared for and is in as new condition.

The Sennheiser EW372G2 systems are designed and made in Germany & contains the following:-
1 x Sennheiser EM300G2 Rack-Mountable Receiver
1 x Sennheiser SK300G2D Bodypack Transmitter
1 x Sennheiser Ci1 Instrument Cable
1 x Sennheiser GA2 Rack Mounting Hardware
2 x Telescopic Antennas
1 x Sennheiser NT2 Power Supply
1 x Sennheiser EW300 Series Operation Manual

Also included is the following Sennheiser accessories:- (Note that this is nearly $400 worth)
2 x Sennhesier AM2 front mounting antenna cables (These allow you to mount your antenna's from the front of the rack and retail at AU$90)
1 x Spare Sennheiser Ci1 Instrument Cable (worth AU$40 alone)
1 x Custom-Made instrument cable which features a right angled Neutrik Pro 1/4" jack connection (The best connector's you can buy! - Neutrik connectors alone are $25! + the cable and Sennheiser connector)
1 x Spare Sennheiser GA2 Rack Mount Hardware (worth $90 when purchased separately! - Bear in mind that if you buy 100 series you don't even get the racking hardware!)
4 x Spare Pro RF Aerials (see the black aerials in the pics - cost $20 ea)

THE SENNHEISER EW372G2 WILL NOT KILL OR AFFECT YOUR TONE! These systems are the best on the market - read some reviews by searching in google. My sound whether it was via wireless or by cable was exactly the same to my ears, and I would get regular compliments about my live guitar sound.

Here are some specs from the Sennheiser website http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser...nsf/root/21504

General Description
RF wireless system for instruments with a 1/4" jack socket, for example guitars. It includes the extremely compact SK 300 G2 bodypack/instrument transmitter and the EM 300 G2 rack-mount receiver. They feature nine frequency banks with eight directly accessible presets each – ready for immediate use.

Features
1440 tunable UHF frequencies for interference-free reception
Absolutely reliable transmission and extended range due to high RF output power
High-quality true diversity reception
Pilot tone squelch for eliminating RF interference when transmitter is turned off
Automatic frequency scan feature searches for available frequencies
Transmitter and receiver with rugged metal housings
Transmitter has contacts for recharging the BA 2015 rechargeable battery pack directly in the transmitter (purchased separately)
Transmitter with backlit display (lights up when a button is pushed)
Receiver features user-friendly menu operation via two-colour backlit graphics display (green = OK; red = warning)
Lock function avoids accidental changing of settings
HDX compander for crystal-clear sound
4-step battery status display, also transmitted to receiver
Mute function for the transmitter

(Please note that in the pics some of the connectors look tarnished - THIS IS NOT THE CASE and must be due to the lighting at the time the pics were taken) All components are in as new condition guaranteed!

Here's some pics:-

Reason for selling:-
I am selling the system because since I left my band last November, the system has not been used. I spent way too much money on it to have it just sit in a box - so here it is - in as new condition at an excellent price!

I also need the cash to pay off this UV7BK that I bought with my July European holiday money!

To anyone in Australia looking for a wirelessguitar system;

I've dropped the price to AU$1000.

The action has less than 24 hours to go!
