WTT for PRS or similar (1527, 3120)
Guys, this is awkward, and probably will get no bites. But lately I've been wanting another nice axe and kind of changing music styles. A big influence is Opeth right now for me.
What I'd really like is to get some sort of PRS, however not sure if I am even in the league for one. I'm not sure on their used market. I'd be interested in similar guitars too. What I have for trade is basically a Ibanez RG1527. Few dings that I painted over in black, can't tell unless you inspect it. One is larger near the tremolo back cover which I can take pics of if interested. It comes with Dimarzio D Activator 7's, and can include stock pickups for free if wanted. If you were to buy out I'd like $650+shipping. Next is my RG3120 in Deep red. Almost flawless guitar, I put a few dings on the underside on the edges from sitting in my chair I guess. Also the frets are 6 years old with no work done to them, so they could use a level eventually however are fine right now. This is my number 1. Would like $750+shipping. If anyone wanted to trade for one, or both, I'd like to hear offers. Will only ship CONUS unless an international buyer wants to pay for the shipping. |

Advice...
You could sell those and get a nice archtop PRS-ish Carvin which destroys any PRS IMO easily (at half the cost). I'm afraid your stuff isn't quite valuable enough to trade for a good PRS, but its just as well. PRS are very nice but way overpriced for what you get. Or, be a TOTAL winner and get this $3000 caliber quality guitar. |
