That's the best S-series 7 string ever made. I own one, and I must say from the paint job to the body wood, it's badassed. This one sells for about 1.5-2 times that of a 7620 because it's more rare. Mahogany body and a killer paintjob. If I was in the market for a 3rd 7-string, fuck, I'd buy it

There's a ton on ebay right now. Last night I found 2 of the black pearl ones and 3 of the teal ones. If you want one and have the cash go buy it. They're awesome guitars.

You know, I usually LOVE flame-maple tops on guitars, but that's one guitar I don't really like it on. Look at the pic about 4 posts up from this one. The back of the guitar is BEAUTIFUL!! Look at the natural finish with the translucent dark blue-green paintjob. Man, I'd have loved for them to keep the front of the guitar exactly like that. Heck, I'd own one if that were the case!

I think we should all start a petition to get Ibanez to make the S7420FM again. That way, I don't have to pray to win it on ebay.

I Still think this one is the shiznite. Seeing as the newer ones still go around 600-650$, 225$ more isnt that unreasonable for a lo pro 7 and a HSS config.
