FS: Ibanez UV777

So, I've been thinking about selling this for a while and I believe now is finally the time to let her go. I really need the cash for school and I can't justify having a guitar worth this much when it doesn't get nearly enough play as it should.

I believe this is a 2000 (the serial is F0044143), but I bought it in 2006. It was just sitting in a local guitar shop since nobody wanted it. When I bought it, there was already a crack on the pickguard under the bridge pickup where someone tightened the screw too much. Looking over it right now, there's also a small nick (maybe 1mm at most) right around the tone knob (but still on the pickguard).

There are a few scratches on the bottom of the body from just being set down. Scratches happen, what can I say? There are 2 maybe 1mm pieces of paint missing from around the input jack and on the back edge near the input jack.

Also, the vibrato bar broke a little while back, but as some of you may know, they're quite weak and can be had for about 10 bucks off E-bay or something of that sort.

Other than the noted wear and tear, the UV's in quite good shape for it's age and plays even better than it looks.

I don't have an E-bay account to check feedback, but some of you may already know me from my post a while back about buying this and some of you may know me from my posting on Musicianforums.com under the handle Markdezy.

Here's the original thread with the pictures of the UV from when I bought it on MF: http://musicianforums.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=457329 (Edit: Sometimes Musicianforums is slow or even unresponsive, so I'm just going to link the pictures here as well.)

I can take pictures tomorrow of the scratches if anyone's interested.

I'm looking for 1200/OBO and I am located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Feel free to send me an e-mail at Markdezy AT Gmail DOT com.

Thanks for looking!

Sorry man, I can't take any trades because I need the cash for school, and I've already got a 7321 to play around with while I'm in school.

I've been lowballed a bit, but that's kind of expected from forums. If I wanted to get 1500 for it, I probably could from e-bay, I'm just giving you guys a heads up on it before it gets sold to someone who won't appreciate it like you guys will.
