Fretless Jackson Guitar

Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar:

For sale is my Jackson JS1R Dinky which has been professionally de-fretted and lined with plastic card.

Reverse headstock
2 Humbuckers
Strat style trem

This is a really nice guitar, very easy to play on but I need the space so that I can buy backup guitars for my gigging ones. If it weren't for that then I'd be keeping it because I seriously doubt I'll ever find another one.

Modifications (if any):
Trem has been blocked with piece of wood but easily removed.

Accessories (hardshell case etc): No case but I will pack securely in a guitar box.

What's the benefit of de-fretting the guitar? I thought frets was a very important contributer for overall tone?

it sounds kind of like slide guitar. It changes everything. It's pretty fun.

Sorry guys, assumed this would email me when people posted in the thread. I'll get that sorted now.
I'd rather not post internationally if I can avoid it because I don't have a hardcase for this and I wouldn't like to think of it getting damaged and having to sort out an overseas insurance claim.
