FS: Engl Savage 120, Carvin Legacy, Hughes & Kettner Tube 100/Mesa Stiletto Trident
SOLD! Carvin Legacy head with FS22 (2-button) footswitch SOLD! 9 months old and has been fully retubed (EH's all around). Gigged once and only for half an hour. Near mint condition. SMOOTH tone!
Hughes & Kettner Tube 100 head with stageboard (3-button) footswitch $670 shipped CONUS via paypal ($650 via check or money order). 4 Ruby EL34's. Individual LED's for power tubes to tell you if any of them have failed. MIDI switching is possible if you purchase optional card. 2 channels with 2 modes each. A few pieces of tolex are chipped off and there are a few scuffs present. Needs a new reverb tank for onboard reverb to work. For $100 you can get a midi card for midi switching as well for this head. This amp is where the Duotone ($2,400) is derived from. KILLER tone! Not selling this right now but, feel free to contact me if you have interest and I'll let you know when I do sell it: Engl Savage 120 $1,440 shipped CONUS via paypal ($1,400 via check or money order). Engl tubes all around with months of life left on the power tubes. Near mint other than a few clear patches of glue which are unnoticeable unless you within a foot of it. This amp can do it all, it is NOT just for heavy metal (but, of course it will do HM with the best of them)! Mesa Stiletto Trident head with footswitch (2-button) $1,100 shipped CONUS via paypal ($1,070 via check or money order). 2 hours of use. MINT with original box and literature. Better than any new production Marshall in my opinion. Versatile because of the 3 modes for each channel and it has a lot of headroom for the clean if you set channel 1 to 150 watts. Just in case you're wondering as to the reason for this sale... I'll still have 3 heads and 3 rack setups left AFTER selling these heads. I have TOO much money invested in gear and have my 1st kid coming later this year. SixStringGuitars@aol.com |

Who are you? Are you some famous gigging musician?
Just kidding! "and we'll also be establishing, beyond all scientific doubt, that ANY note can be made to sound good over ANY chord, so long as you put it in the right place!" Guthrie Govan |

I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate. We'll cross the streams. |

Me... eh... I'm a nobody but, I like to try out ALL the choice gear, so I buy it when I have the chance. I sold one of my weekend cars a year ago and went to town with the proceeds over the past 12 months. I do gig though, so it's not all for bedroom use
Nothing's really a pain to carry as I only use one rig at a time for gigs. It's just like guitars, they all sound different. Also, I stopped bringing my 4X12's up and down the stairs of my house I have a 2X12's upstairs and 4X12's downstairs only rule that I instated recently ![]() Here's a clip of the Legacy: Full Legacy And 2 atypical clips of the Savage: Slow4U Clean4U |

Send an email to SixStringGuitars@aol.com and I'll reply with pics. This clip was made by a friend on his Stiletto:
Stiletto_riffs3 Stiletto have a hod rodded Marshall vibe but, still have that "boogie" saturation to 'em at the same time. |
