Possibly selling my Ibanez RG7420 w/case, interested?

Its the black pearl metallic color, or whatever its called. I believe it came in this or magenta back in the day. I bought this guitar in the summer of 2000 right after I graduated high school. It has been to a few gigs, but otherwise it mostly stayed in the case indoors. It does have a few minor chips along the edges, nothing major. It still plays and sounds great (as good as it can with the stock p'ups). I have the original case for it still as well. Supposedly this guitar was made in Japan back then, before Ibanez switch production elsewhere. I am not positive of that though.

The guitar is pretty much stock. I added another spring back in 2001 for .010 gauge strings. I recently polished the frets and I have kept regular maintenance of the fretboard. I keep it in drop A currently, but the guitar may need some minor set up adjustments.

I think I paid around $900 new for everything in 2000. I would be looking for around $400 + shipping for the guitar, case, and a free pack of DR 10-56 strings. I told myself I would never sell this guitar, just because of the sentimental value. It was my first really nice guitar. After having the Loomis, I know that the Ibanez won't get much play anymore. I also have the C-7 Blackjack ATX on the way and cannot afford it without pushing some gear.

Let me know if anyone is interested. I am not 100% positive I want to sell this yet, but I am 90% sure I will. I would like to keep this in the US and I prefer paypal.

FWIW, $400 might be a little high, as that's 7620 territory.

I don't really know what a fair price is, or what it costs to ship this in the case in the US. I googled it and the ones I saw on Craig's List were like $425 and stuff. I am willing to entertain offers.

again, FWIW, I just sold a 7620 that was in similar condition, a little better than yours maybe, with magnet swapped dimarzios in it, for 450.
With stock pickups, your probably looking at 300 bucks or so, if you want it to sell reasonably quickly

That's fine with me. Anything under $300 isn't worth it to me though.
