F/S: EBMM JP6 (refinished and upgraded)

Hey guys! Well I bought that Engl SE and just picked up a TC Electronics G-System too, so since I have way too many guitars I'm looking to sell some stuff to free up funds to pay off my new gear.

This is a killer guitar but I have a few customs that really get the majority of my playing time so as much as I'll miss it, I need to pay off my amp stuff more!

This guitar was originally finished in carbon blue pearl however the previous owner had it refinished in White Pearl. Looks good, not 100% flawless but very nice overall and from a few steps back you'd swear it was factory paint.

The fretboard has the JP Shield inlays and the back of the neck has some of the most beautiful quilt/birdseye I've ever seen! It has that great faded maple look too, super smooth thanks to the gunstock oil treatment that EBMM gives to all their necks.

Absolutely killer carve and super playable IMHO.

Stock pickups were removed and replaced with a brand new set of Seymour Duncan Blackouts which sound way better than the D-Sonic that used to be in there.

The electronics are all brand new as well, I replaced everything that was in there before with the upgraded active electronics that come with the pickups.

The guitar is loaded with a Tremol-No set to Hardtail mode. The JP trem is one of the finest on the market if you're not doing crazy floyd divebombs, it is uber smooth and holds tune well when combined with the Schaller locking tuners.

Currently has a set of .011-.049's on her set up for Drop-C tuning by a local tech. Might want to put some heavier strings on the lower 3, but I was told if you do that all you need to do is adjust the HEIGHT like a half turn or so and it will still be fine on the current setup.

I am including a gig bag with the guitar as I don't have an EBMM hardshell case for it, sorry!

I'm looking to get $900 shipped (to the lower 48 United States ONLY) for the guitar so if anyone is interested please let me know. I have a bunch of stuff that I've been meaning to toss on eBay and will FINALLY be getting around to it this upcoming weekend (I have about half of the listings ready, need to finish the other half now!

) so I figured I'd see if anyone on here wanted it first.

Im going to butt in here and say that i played this guitar today and it was really awesome, one of the nicest petrucci 6's i have ever played, and on top of that it has the tremol-no. At this price its a steal!

And shipping overseas is definitely out of the question? With the buyer paying for all expenses?

I'm leaving it in the US for now, if I don't get any buyers on here or eBay I'll open it up to the UK. I shipped a JP7 to Ian and that transaction went smoothly but it was also more work on my end.

I'll let you know if I change my mind bro.

2 days later/almost onto page 2 bump. This is definitely going to eBay this weekend along with the VHT and Carvin 6'er.

I just bought a Carvin 7 on top of all the other money I've spent and I need to recoup it ASAP.
