WANTED: Ibanez K7 or Ibanez RG7602
I have owned a Washburn Pro WG587 for some time now.
I love the guitar dont get me wrong, with a Dimarzio PAF7 in it, it sounds sick. But I REALLY want an Ibanez RG7602. I really love the sound of an Ibanez. I also would love to find a cheaper K7. Anyone? PM ME THANKS. |

I have an Ibanez K7 and it's the best sounding and playing guitar I have ever owned.....god I love Mahogony. It sounds great with the stock PAF7's but I switched my bridge to a Blaze Bridge just to add some more balls to it. If you can find a cheap K7 you cannot go wrong trust me......very well built and as solid as a guitar gets.
![]() Only problem I'm seeing now is even on ebay they are going to be expensive but to me it would be worth saving up to have one. The K7 does have a pretty flat neck just so you know. I love it and think it is perfect but some prefer beefier necks.
Ah, the suffering. The sweet suffering.

Yeah, thanks man.
I have never played a k7 before [never seen one in stores ]But I do hear they play great. I want to get my hands on a UV7BK 1990 model. I cant find one ANYWHERE. but when it comes to the big neck, I dont mind at all. Im not big on shred metal and solos and stuff. Im a HUGE Korn fan so really thats about all I play lol [with the metallica solos here and there ]but thanks a lot for letting me know. |

If you love Korn's sound you can easily get it with this guitar the PAF7's sound beautiful the only reason I changed my bridge to a Blaze is again just to add more balls to it......but still it can also have your own sound as well, it's all in how you set it up. I've had people tell me "yeah man you sound kick ass but it still sounds like Korn being that your playing a K7".lol I guarantee you if they would not have noticed it was a K7 they would not have thought that.![]() |
