$75 Shipped, great condition, works perfectly.

I used it before I had the MOTU for sending the guitar channel out when recording with Sonar rather than running everything through my interface and back out - does away with any latency problems pretty nicely and let me listen to my cabinets while tracking instead of my monitors.

Also nice as a headphone amp/distro.
