OK, F/S - my "Domino" 7321 Piezo
After deliberating for ages, I'm going to sell my 7321 Piezo "Domino". Some of you already know this guitar, and for those that don't, here's the rundown:
I bought this guitar brand new about a year ago specifically to do the extensive mods that you see here. About the only things remaining that are still untouched and stock is the body and pots. That being said, take a 7321 and add the following mods:- Graphtech Ghost/Stringsaver piezo saddles - Graphtech Acoustiphonic pre-amp w/blend toggle - Neck Pup: Dimarzio Air Norton 7 - Bridge Pup: Dimarzio Blaze Neck - white bobbin toppers on both Pups - Controls: 5-way blade sw, mag vol, piezo vol, mag/both/piezo mini toggle - black Schaller M6 mini's with white pearloid buttons - Hipshot D-Tuner, for preset drop tuning the low B to A or whatever... - Graphtech Tremnut, low friction, replacing the dreadful stock nut - Graphtech V-strap pins - fingerboard dyed black, well, almost black. Real dark.- in keeping with the monochromatic theme - painted white: Gibson bell knobs, switch tip, strap pins, neck bolt washers, D-tuner lever and tuner washers. This guitar sounds really, really, good. Used along with a good acoustic pre-amp or such simulated modeler and a A/B box or stereo Y cable, you can go from face-searing gain to beautiful, lush 'acoustic' simulation in a couple of clicks. The condition is excellent, never gigged, a few light surface scratches - almost nothing really, the only cosmetic blemishes are in a few spots on the neck binding where dye seeped into a few unseen (at the time) hairline cracks in the binding plastic (shown) - otherwise the guitar is near perfect. The guitar comes with a generic rectangular HC, and has just been setup with DR 10-56's. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Whoever hands me $650 US via Paypal or Bank transfer can have her. I really don't want to sell it, but cash is tight. Sorry no trades. Shipping and whatever Paypal/Bank fees are with the buyer, of course. And yeah I'll ship it even to Saturn - I don't care, if someone really wants it. Yeah a bit pricey for a 7321, but considering the hardware and work put into this, I think it's reasonable. Put it this way - you'll never play a 7321 that sounds this good - I almost guarantee it. Thanks all.
Please be kind to snakes. They can't help it.

Man, that's the ultimate guitar. I can't believe you're parting with it.

holy shit man. good luck finding a new home for it!
I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate. We'll cross the streams. |
