I'm not a Gamer and especially not with strategy games (i think that 90% of them suck since it's not really about strategy in the end, exceptions are: The Total War Series and Total Annihilation). If i play more "modern" games then i play something like Richard Burns Rally or Mass Effect. But this one is really great for me. I mean how evil is it to crush your enemy with evil, giant, amphibious, laser-vomitting, massive, ....ing-over-the-top-huge, freaking giant spider-robots by crawling those monsters out of the sea onto his shores and obliterate everything mercylessly until his goddamn Command Unit explodes in a satisfying thermonuclear explosion... ah, it's so romantic
And it's even more rewarding when you pull it off on a 81x81km (i kid you not!) map
