See, I have this problem when it comes to bands I liked in my teens. I end up buying everything they release even though it gets worse and worse and worse. Like everyone has already said 'Ten' and 'Vs' were classic.

Even 'Binaural' wasn't half bad (Not as good as the first 2). But this is it. I refuse to get caught in the trap of buying the same old shit from bands whose ability to make good albums has all but disappeared.

The thing that gets me is they played live on a program in the UK called 'Later with Jools Holland' the other night and they were asked to play 'Alive' and they were so indignant about it (They played it and it was dull). Kept on going on about how they had grown up so much in their songwriting. What a load of fucking bollocks.

Nothing beats "Ten" in my opinion, Pearl Jam at their best.

I have only heard a few of their new songs and they're alright....could be worse I guess.
