Newest Video For Myself, +New Tone, +Some Original Stuff [PICS]

So, my bro got a Sony CyberShot camera, and he found out (after he bought it), that it takes video, and decided to film some of my playing. To my pleasant surprise, it sounds and looks great! much better than my video camera.

Anyway, this is the tone I've been using, and the tone I will continue to use and probably record with. I think it's solid, and works nicely. The reverb is half room, half XT, and I think it has a nice "roomy" feel to it.

Here's some pics of my gear that he took:

Agreed, I think your tone sound very cool, espcially during the Satch part, what pickup are you using?

Actually! I'm using the original V7-7 and V7-8 pickups that came with the Ibanez. They should be extremely muddy and messed, but it sounds good.

My blazes started tweaking out a month ago, so I returned them, and still need to get the new ones. Amazing isn't it?

Very nice, dude. Nice setup and nice tone. Knowing me, I'd have to be digging the Mario part. The Yngwie style part was pretty sweet, too. The tapping parts were pretty slick as well. I can see you practice a lot.

sweet. for the record you mispelled deux. usually i bore of fast shit really quick but this seemed fast but not for the sake of it. went somewhere, which is a very big plus in my opinion.

Jetzt liegst du hier, ganz regungslos, in meiner hand und meinem schoß, du bist so kalt...

that's always good to hear. I use to play much faster (like all lil' shredders), it was much sloppier, and every note was the same. As you can see on the runs in trilogy suite, the volume levels flow, and it has a nice feel to it.

hahaha, thanks dude!

Speaking of practice, how much do you guys play lately? I'm getting probably 45 minutes in a day now. Once summer comes though, I'ma do my 4 hour morning routine, 4 hour night routine.

Very cool.
