Nevermore - Arch Enemy - Chimaira - Hate Eternal show (PICS!)

first on stage was Hate Eternal. not much to see, typical death metal

after they left the stage the guy was giving away some CDs and I snatched one!!! It's Darkane's "Layer of Lies" CD!! never heard their stuff but I'm familiar with the name.

as soon as Nevermore came on....

the place went apeshit!!

it was more intense because they were playing at their hometown

and guess what? I was in the front row!!

the stage was low so I was close enough that when they do headbangs my devil horn hands touch them.

I was banging my head so fucking hard it was so fucking intense!!! i have a headache!!

one more thing, they were videotaping for their upcoming DVD!!!!!!!!!!

I was in the very front row going crazy during every song so I'm probably gonna be in the DVD :o

too bad they only got 30 minutes.

and then Arch Enemy came on. I'm not really into them but I recognized a few songs. "Dead Eyes See No Future", "Burning Angel", "We Will Rise", "Bury Me An Angel", and "Ravenous"... by the time they were on, I was being crushed by the crowd behind me and my body started aching and I don't know them very well so my headbanging got calmer. and then faggot asshole behind me started elbowing me in the fucking ribs so he can steal my first row view

after they went off-stage I went to the bathroom and bought a bottle of water and left after one Chimaira song because I don't listen to them wasn't digging what I was hearing.

four bands touring, Hate Eternal and Nevermore opening, Arch Enemy and Chimaira headlining. $20!!

my ears are now ringing especially my right one because of the damn stage monitor

man, I was over there, it fuckin SUCKED. You know why? I had this fat nerdy chick next to me who was sweating, I was raping the guy infront of me... because EVERYONE just charged the stage for like 10 minutes. I had a big guy behind me sweating all over me with his hands up. All in all, mosh pits rules.

Loomis can fucking SHRED live, I mean, perfect. Hate Eternal... another mid/treble/overdrive whore... I needed a water, so I left the main front... and got stuck in the backish for half of arch enemy, then went into that wide ass center mosh, which kicked ass.

Thirty minutes? Damn, that sucks, since Chimaira isn't even qualified to open for Nevermore, let alone headline.

That Warlock is so

that it hurts to look at. Part of my inspiration to get a white V with black bevels was a Jackson RR1. However, another chunk, especially the white headstock with black binding, is owed to how fucking cool this Warlock looked when I first saw it.
