Dieselboy presents: The Human Resource

For any fans of Drum n bass, this is a must have.

It came out on Tuesday and it's been about the only thing I've listened to since.

The first CD is 12 un-mixed tracks (full length) as they would appear if you bought them on vinyl. They do not blend into the next track. They are complete and unmixed. 90% of the tracks are brand-new and unheard prior to the release of this cd. The DJ world/community is very odd. Big name producers will make exclusive promo tracks, remixes, or "VIPs" for big name DJ's, and the track will never be released for retail. This CD is a compilation of the latest breaking "exclusive" tracks.

The 2nd CD is where the going gets good. The 2nd disc is entitled "Evol Intent Assemble The Monster". It consists of 23 tracks mixed into a continuous mix (much like your traditional DJ cd). It was mixed by a DJ group/production group known as Evol Intent. They are from Atlanta! This is a group of guys that I've been following for years, and it's very exciting to see them getting some publicity of this HUGE nature. The mix itself is incredible. They use quite a few of the tracks found on the 1st disc, about 8-10 of their own tracks, and a couple of other dance-floor killers. Their mixing skills are matched by only a few, and this mix really displays their talent.

I'm happy to see Dieselboy continuing to promote drum n bass artists from the USA. D'n'b has always been considered a UK "elitist" genre, with the USA always being a step behind. This album shows that this is no longer the case.
