/rant of doom on

im really starting to get annoyed about everyone putting emo and hardcore together ,their not the same so just for all 5 people that care ,i admit there are a few bands that mix them but thats a whole new genre emocore .

emo=fall out boy ,the used/whining about girlfriends and such

hardcore=4 stories deep,as i lay dying,haveing fun and being happy

emocore=hawthorn heights ,newer atreyuyelling about old girlfriends

i was at a hardcore show the other day, when they had a punk band play ,so naturally all the punk people were running around spitting on,beating up ,and generally degrading anyone who looked scene .happening to have tighter than normal pants and an as i lay dying shirt ,i got kicked in the testiculars and trampled ,just for being "an emo bitch" .imjust getting tired of being looked downon becuse of being "emo" even though im nothingl ike an emo kid

Sorry about your nuts, though. That's kinda fucked up. Metal shows in Toledo are the ultra chill.

Metalcore = AILD, Unearth, Demon Hunter, etc.

Speaking of Demon Hunter...I'm going to listen to "The Science of Lies" which has some ridiculous bass drummage...

yeah right when i posted this i remembered this site is mostly metalheads. usually shows are so fun ,everyones there just to have fun. but hard core and emo have gotten raged on here too,i understand on a musical stand point9emo is just dun na na na over and over0, but just cuz someone dresses scene they emidiatly get labeled emo

oops forgot metalcore, but it and hardcore are starting to blend now so its weird

scene is the way emo/hardcore/metalcore/emocorepeople dress its referringto the under ground "scene" lol in the other threads theres a post with an as i lay dying video in it ,i think its the top 5 vids ...
