Billy Sheehan? Only one of the most famous bass players... the top one is tuned to BEAD, and the bottom one is in standard EADG.

He has another one that's the opposite btw

"Building The Church" is one of my favorite Vai songs. I tried to learn to play that intro once and it turned out to be quite difficult. So I just said "Heh, instead of spending all this time trying to play this difficult intro, I can go learn another cool song from beginning to end" and that's what I did. I don't usually try to play Vai songs. I can play For The Love Of God. And I think that's it...

As mentioned earlier, the rest of Building the Church is actually pretty straight forward.
