a big +1 to that...Sarah is awesome, though...

I have a korean pop tape from about 93' that a friend stole from a korean market. I was obsessed with asian women so he thought he would support me.

The worst part is that since then, I have listened to it so much that I know the words to the songs! I always get a good laugh followed by the WTF!?

Otherwise....Bal Sagoth is pretty corny, but I like it.

Shit, I'm not embarrassed by anything I listen to. If anything, some people get surprised by the variety of music I do listen to.

Anyway, I listen to Dream Theater. That isn't too embarassing, but the fact that I have 19 cd's by them, and I get mad every time someone mentions their name in a negative light, I think it deserves a mention. I am a huge DT fanboy, after all.
Hokay, hows Dream Theater embarrassing? A few of you have mentioned them... but they're not cheesy, or anything. If you think Petrucci is cheesy, then I dunno, I can't comprehend that.

King Diamond:

Now that... is embarrassing, hahaha.

i dunno. i guess i've never heard enough 80's music.. cuz in my mind there's absolutely no association between Dream Theater's sound and any other bands i'm familiar with cept the influences they have from older prog rock groups.
well. cept their first album from 89... but that doesn't count. that was before they had James LaBrie.
maybe cause your friends are not musicians? it's probably because of james labrie singing
