Pink Floyd: Dark SIde of the Moon
Wish you were here
Emperor: Prometheus
Ulver: Themes from William Blake's Marriage Between heaven and hell
Opeth: Still Life

And of course a lot of stuff I am forgetting.

I am actually making a concept album myself. I hope to get it done before the end of this year, but who knows...

It's cool to see people mentioning albums like Master of Puppets and other that don't (at least to me) meet the text book description of a "concept album". But when you think about it there is a concept even if it's not a continuous running narrative.

Hmm, there are some albums mentioned that aren't really concept albums at all

But anyway, if "Wish You Were Here" is to be considered a concept album, I'd definitely put that up-that album's better than Dark Side IMO.

The Wall is also a good one.

My favorite album altogether is Remedy Lane-Pain of Salvation. I find that album ridiculously beautiful, well-made, and heart-wrenching.

Metropolis Pt. 2 - Dream Theater is another great album, Dream Theater's best IMO.
