Thanks for that, cool video

Too bad he didn't do any of his kicks and spinning the guitar around.

I like Yngwie when he's not trying to be Iron Maiden.

Man I don't care what everyone says, Malmsteen deserves respect, plain and simple!

They have a video of Prelude to April up there with him on an Ovation guitar. I got the perfect tone for that ovation on my pod, took like an hour to get

Another one from that one time with the New Japan Philharmonic:

I have that entire concert. Pretty awesome stuff (if you're an Yngwie fan). As an overture, the Philarmonic plays an orchestra version of "Black Star", pretty cool sounding stuff.

guitarjitsumaster is a jewel in the rough
Somehow a snotty personality just seems to fit neoclassical playing for some reason to me. Though I think the reports of his arrogance may be exagerated to some degree. To me its just funny. I think its telling that he named his last album after one of his worst exploits. Either way the man just about single handedly invented the neoclassical shred genre. So you have to give him props for that. Great Video

Try to exclude the possibility of suffering which the order of nature and the existence of free-wills involve, and you find that you have excluded life itself.

I think his "snobby arrogance" is over-done a little too. Half the video's that I see where he's being a dick, he's obviously just kidding around.
