Looks like the new Trivium will feature 7s again

Just grabbed these shots from a "The Making of" video for the new Trivium disc.

I know not many people on here care for the band, but I dig 'em and I think a couple others do. I also saw they were using 6505s, which could be cool.

And the video was pretty lame. They were talking about how cool they were for not punching in and out of songs while recording, and like they were the only band doing that nowadays, but whatever. I saw gear and got happy.

There's a hole in the world like a great black pit
And it's filled with people who are filled with shit
And the vermin of the world inhabit it
But not for long ...

Baphomet_Reich is on a distinguished road
They're great musicians no doubt, but they tend to come off as such douchebags.

Yeah. They used to seem pretty cool in interviews, but recently they seem to be getting kinda big heads. I dunno, maybe it's just the vid I saw, but whatever.

I like Trivium, they come across to me as a bit arrogant as well though. But their music is enjoyable in a pop music kind of way.

Trivium are far from the worst big name metal band I've seen around. They should probably consider a tempo change some time soon though.

K7_Munky will become famous soon enough
Triviums not my favorite they do have some good songs but they do come off as arrogant.
