Pretty much, heh. Nevertheless, here are a bunch of bands, some more grind than others, that I think you'll dig:

Pig Destroyer - "Loathsome" from the 2007 album Phantom Limb (start with this album and go backwards; the older the material, the less "modern" the sound ie closer to traditional grind both songwriting and production-wise)

Nasum - "Wrath" from the 2004 album Shift (once again, not the grindiest song of their catalogue, but it's the most modern and easiest for non-grind fans to appreciate. They put out a best-of/rarities CD in 2006 called Grind Finale that gives a great overview of how they progressed over the years, and the packaging is pretty cool too)

Cephalic Carnage - "Endless Cycle Of Violence" from the 2007 album Xenosapien (the later the material, the more genre-bending the sound, they're kinda like the grind equivalent of Between The Buried And Me, I personally lost interest with 2002's Lucid Interval but I'm sure plenty will enjoy ther newer stuff)

and for some pure old-school grindcore:

Terrorizer - "After World Obliteration" from the 1989 album World Downfall

Napalm Death - the first eight minutes or so of their Live Corruption video from 1992, which has since been re-released with extra content as the self-titled Napalm Death DVD, contains songs from their first three albums and is one of the best live videos ever released

Phobia - awesome band with a ton of releases... this won't really help you decide whether you like them or not, but this is so surreal that I had to post it

Repulsion - "Maggots In Your Coffin" live sometime in the mid-to-late 80's, from what I can tell... they only have one album called Horrified but it's a seminal release and predates even Napalm Death and Carcass

So, uhh... yeah. Chekkit

"Good Grind"...that's an oxymoron isn't it?

I kid, i've been enjoying The Partisan Turbin of late:

And, well not exactly grindcore/cybergrind, but they dip into it, Genghis Tron:

Baphomet_Reich is on a distinguished road
Not tech at all but Agoraphobic Nosebleed, which is the side project of Pig Destroyer's guitarist Scott Hull. All the others I would ever think of are already mentioned in the thread.
