They're one of the bands from the Indorock movement in the Netherlands. I posted this video a few years ago. It's not any less stupifying to watch now.

Man, there's so many cool bits in that. Playing behind his back while stood on the double bass, having the drummer drum on his strings while he frets, playing with his foot and the drummer walking around his kit while playing
