robot vocals will be there, if we can believe something what was on blabbermouth up in january:

"i talked to suecof tonight...he said working with cynic was unreal and the demo is amazing. he thinks they are their best songs as the songwriting is so much stronger he claims. robot vocals are still there as are death metal style vocals like before. some semi clean vocals as well he said."

unfortuneately i don't have the complete article anymore, this is just what i quoted on another forum.

+1 I thought it was a good thing as it helped differentiate them from everybody else Always nice to have something a little different going on, and it meshed well with the overall sound scape IMHO.
