i kinda like his vocals espesh the clean singing
but not for this band
"for the best" comes to mind
DH needs more br00talz and his vocals would be better with a more mnemic style band i think
he should be the new mnemic singer actaully would shit all over the current guy

somehow i don't quite see mircea going for that, personally.

plus i'm not sure tommy's clean upper register could support the notes. his center seems to be in a fairly low-to-mid tenor range. pity.

it is indeed, and also for the fact that actions such as these (if they're true) really just don't stand you in good stead for future work.

in tommy's case, he may find himself in a tricky position, though of course i may be proved wrong, as the 'report' given for his departure whilst objective is extremely damning.

I don't agree. his voice sounds so 'put on' and over the top you just want to laugh. I still love KsE but they aren't a patch on what they used to be. Alive or Just Breathing is without a doubt my favourite album of all the time - the guitars, the riffs, the tone...but the vocal delivery is so passionate, so emotive, so straight-from-the heart, and the lyrics simply kick ass. Show me one song where it seems like Howard is putting all of that into the song.

He isn't bad, but its when you listen to the chorus of songs like "Self Revolution" you realise just how fucking kickass Jesse was.

Im glad to hear it...That guy was a chubby, hang titted hack. And there's nothing worse than a guy like that who's always got his arms crossed and trying to look tough.

Tommy Cummings/Tommy Vext....Whatever that shmuck's name is. Fuck him and the horse he rode in on...The way he conducted himself is inexcusable.

When I think of Killswitch, I think of AOJB and their self titled.

I really didn't like Tommy Cummings voice. He sounded so strained ALL of the time. It was like listening to nails on a chalkboard. I hope they get someone unique and versatile now.

I really love Howard Jones voice. But it's his clean one that really gets me. He's my main vocal influence actually.

I agree with most of the sentiment here, Tommy was blah so far as the vocals go. Dino needs to pick up a great death metal guttural guy and mix in some instrustiral vocal stylings, nab a good keyboardist, and forge ahead now that F.F. is on "hiatus".
