has anyone listened to this textures song or are people just ignoring that?
We have a few extra snare hits. Even your bass drum pattern is an almost exact copy.

I'm more than willing to listen to the Textures thing if you tell me where I can hear it, but so far the argument is compelling for you having nicked that.

Brad, seriously, just listen. First is Elements, then it's the Seven song.

(Both of them had the songs up for free download and I made up this account just to put this up here, I will delete it all tomorrow)

You kind of have to expect it these days.
OK Mike, it's one thing that you ripped off my headstock design, but to go as far as naming your guitars "Sherman" aswell, and stealing my secret plans to use 8-strings on a guitar....I shall be filing a lawsuit

...the only thing that really stands out to me, is that the mix on the seven song really sucks compared to Elements. And the whole riff works better at the slower tempo.

"Dude I totally didn't rip off that riff Metallica wrote. Sure the notes and the rhythm are the same, along with the drums and bass. But Metallica played their riff through a mesa boogie, while I play my riff through a peavey. I also boosted the lows in the 100hz range. Sounds way different let me tell you!"

If on a list of a handful of differences between the two tracks, you need to include the drum program you used for the drums to round out your list, then you're sort of a little low on credibility, you know?

the fact this isn't the first time you've been accused of ripping off another artist is sort of working against you too.
