You could include Stream Of Passion as well

You should check out a lot of Ayreon though. The Human Equation as mentioned is superb, and I really like the newer one (personally I think if you added Russell Allen and Mikael Akerfeldt to the new one, it would be the perfect set of vocalists)

Tapping The Vein are a bit evanescence-ey, but are pretty awesome, especially when their vocalist goes into yell-mode.

A cool local Brisbane band is never... although it looks like they are about to break up

Heh, well I'm not into operatic vocals, or power metal, or anything "symphonic", so that cancels out most of this thread for me

Stream Of Passion were pretty cool, though, and TimSE, your band does that style pretty damn well from what I could tell

I'm sure someone is getting a lot more from this thread than I am, so keep 'em coming!

Hah yeah wouldn't surprise me. I tried real hard to listen to the other albums but they get painful after a while.. I don't know why since so many say they're amazing..
