Need a song to play

Alrighty, so my bassist friend ,my drummer friend and I need a song to play for my school's "Rock Show" this year, and I would appreciate some suggestions.

We've been practicing the YTSE Jam, but that gets repetitive, and YYZ, but my bassist has trouble on some parts, and just started practicing the Attitude Song, but I'm not a big fan of it.

We pretty much need an instrumental song that it both crowd pleasing, yet technically awesome, if you know what I mean. I thought it would be pretty easy to find a song, but surprisingly, I'm having trouble with it. Any suggestions?

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. I'm considering Summer Song right now.

One thing I might add,
I really don't want the song to be too minor pentatonic/ rock oriented. I'm really just not a fan.

Actually, I saw a band do a cover of that song sans keyboard and it sounded alright. Might sound a little empty at some parts, but it should work.
