It's not bad. Not a surprise that it's so strange though. Says the band was started by the front man of the (now defunct) band, Dog Fashion Disco.

I'm thinking John Waters, All Mighty Senators, Crack the Sky, etc. I lived in Baltimore from '85 to '89 and there were a lot of weird, John Wateresque atypical fusion (for lack of a better label) bands at that time.

They seemed like they could be an LA band, but something was missing and being from LA just didn't seem right. Ditto w/ NYC. San Francisco has some "weirdness", but the band didn't show "acceptable/mainstream weirdness", To me, that really only left Baltimore.

Fun fact, Pig Destroyer is originally from Alexandria.

Dog Fashion Disco are originally from Rockville I think.

DFD broke up? Didn't know that.

Similarly, Crack The Sky originally hailed from the Ohio River Valley in PA (John Palumbo came from WV), but they were "adopted" by Baltimore.

That's what I've been able to dig-up, but Polkadot Cadaver's pages claim Baltimore as home, and Rockville (to many) is more tied to Baltimore, even though it's closer to D.C.
