Anyone going to Symphony X/Epica in Boston?

I'm trying to get my ass down to Boston for this show, then meet some friends for the Murder by Death show the night after. However, odds would be good that I'd be headed to that concert alone... any other SS.org members headed that way?

It'd be nice to meet some of you, especially since I could probably learn a thing or two from all of you about playing the guitar...

And c'mon, if you're at all interested in guitars and metal Symphony X is supposed to be an amazing show, and Epica's not bad either... Simone is a surprisingly strong singer and they were tight as hell last time I saw them.

Anyways, post or PM me. It'd be cool to have a mini-get-together if at all possible!

I wish I could go. I'm too far away. Symphony X is one of the best live bands I've seen.

i won't be there, i'm seeing Mahler's 2nd Symphony in DC that night.

btw, Simone Simons isn't doing this tour...her vocal coach/Epica backing vocalist Amanda Somerville is doing it instead.

bah. I've played Mahler, and it's much more fun to be participating than sitting in the audience. Enjoy, though... it's more of a workout than any real metal concert could ever be.

EDIT: Sucks about Simone... but you can't do much for illness, now, can you. I don't doubt it'll still be an incredible show.
