Sonny did well while he was in there, but the true 'groove' and backbone of 7dust, IMO, was clint. You can literally feel the difference in their music; the newer stuff is less groovy, more chuggy, and all-around less catchy. I even think the vocals have hurt a bit, too.

All-in-all, this is the best news I've heard all year regarding music (bias alert - 7dust is in my top 3 favorite bands of all-time).

Also well said, you have to realize (which I'm sure you do) that clint not only wrote a large large chunk of the music but he was responsible for a lot of the lyrics and melodies.

I assumed that he did - it was soooo apparent how much different they sounded when he left, which left the presumption that he 'did' have a large effect across the whole band's spectrum.
