Guitar Nine Records - Vince LuPone "Screaming Into The Abyss"

I'll listen to it a bit more later, but my first impression is that you've got a great sense of melody, but your recordings seem to be in need of a good mastering job. They sound a little thin and lifeless to my ear.

Nice! Great songs but they do need to be remastered to get a better sound.

Hey guys thanks for the kind words. The CD was Mastered By Disc Makers..... The CD itself does not sound thin - it sounds pretty massive.... samples are never a great reflection of the actual disc as they are mp3 and at a lower quality. I took a listen though - and for some reason the samples on guitar nine do sound a little thin but, that is not how the actual disc sounds.

Hey guys - thanks for bringing this to my attention.... The samples on Guitar Nine do sound thin - and while listening I noticed they have the same tune playing for two tracks. For the tune "Playing with Fire" they have "Crunch King" and for "Crunch King" they have Crunch King. I e-mailed to have them straighten out the tracks and also see about re-soing the samples as they do sound thin.... not sure if they tried to boost the treb while doing the samples or what.... anyway - we will see. When CD Baby gets the samples up and running I will post that link also.... just to compare.....

Ok, Guitar Nine has just informed me that the Samples have been re-done and fixed (Correct tracks). Give them a listen again and let me know if they are better.
