Rick Astley

Yeah, The RICKROLL'D guy.

...All joking aside, does anyone else think he has a fantastic voice?

Even in this song from 2002:

I never really thought the "Rickroll'd" thing was funny (Ok the video is ridiculous, but still) and I can remember "Never gonna give you up" from when I was young, and I liked it then (Hell, I was like... 5, I liked anything).

But yeah, I honestly think he's a pretty good singer.

You shake your ass but you're already dead.

I like Rick, his early voice was quite different...have to remember though that he was the product of the SAW hit factory along with Kylie Minogue and Banarama etc. just a pretty face and a good voice on top of production line songs...could have easily been Kylie singing "Never Gonna Give You Up" which is quite a weird thought.

Good voice, and even though success has eluded him since he dropped out of the Shmock Apeskin Watermelon hit factory his output has been all the better. His second album, I believe it was, was pretty much straight up blue-eyed soul, and good soul to boot.

I'll admit it. I am a sucker for his 2 hits in the 80's "Together Forever" and Never Gonna Give You Up", great songs. Brings back memories of when I lived in Japan too.

I thought that was Opie Cunningham, from "Happy Days in Mayberry".

I looked them up, and found a list of artists they've made songs for.

...Nitro was one of them. Batio, way to go you n00b.
