I think it's kinda funny that Head and Munky, both guys who shamelessly stole from the Mr Bungle/FNM playbook, ended up getting Trevor Dunn and Billy Gould to play on their respective albums, heh.

As for Wes' playing ability, any intermediate-level guitarist could play what he does, and considering how long he's been playing you'd think he'd be at least a little less sloppy than he is. Oh well.

Hm... Well, that's interesting. I really can't imagine what it'll sound like or what the vocals will be like. If it was Head, I'd be confident in the singing, since Head did all the backing vocals for Korn and I saw a live performance of Ball Tongue where Head was going crazy in the backing vocals, screaming much more violently and passionately than Jon. Didn't even know Munky COULD sing.

Well, I'll have to hear it before I can say anything.

Munky started doing all the backing vocals after Head left. I don't think he sounds too bad.
You could search around Youtube if you really wanted to hear him.

That´s my only doubt and concern about this project. I never heard Munky singing but I´m really excited to see how this will turn out.

yeah. i was wondering about that. Maybe he's playing on these albums more as a career move and not necessarily for the creative end of things. If it's purely studio work, he'd probably be able to do 3 albums with 3 projects in a year. But who knows

Truthfully i'm not sure what to think. I'm a big fan of mid-period korn, and i love LB and BLB (weird how those acronyms relate), so i'm sure it'll at least be digestable. But i've got no clue what to think of Munky singing. Instinct says no. But then i didn't expect Cruel Melody to be my favorite album of the last year either, so who knows.

either way, i'm excited to hear about this. 2008 seems to have some cool stuff going on!
