This thread has to be in violation of some Canadian Content Law by now. Durero is the only neighbor from up north that I recognize.

The Ultimate Question: What string gauge is needed for 18.84# of tension when tuned to E2 on a 27" scale guitar?

Hemispheres is a brilliant album

Cool story: I sold some motorcycle racing parts to gent last year in Canada.
We got to talking and when I told him what I did for work, and that I was a bass player. He replied, "do you know who Geddy lee is? He is my next door neighbor"
He said he is a real down to earth person, and he couldn`t ask for a better neighbor.

Very cool! I would love to meet Alex someday. He just seems like he would be very cool to hang out with.

Little off topic, but have any of you read any of Neil's books. I just finished Traveling Music, which I really enjoyed. Ghost Rider was bit depressing at times but very good as well.

Don't get me wrong. I love Signals as well. I could listen to the opening F# part of Subdivisions all day.
I pretty much love from 2112 all the way to Counterparts.

"Limelight" is one of my top 5 alltime songs. Probably the smoothest and most 'musical' use of time signature changes ever in a rock song.

Another brilliant thing about Moving Pictures as a whole is the wonderful sound. Some of my favorite sounds ever recorded on all the instruments.

My favorite band. Of all time.

Question authority. Don't ask why, just do it.
