I knew that when Owens departed from Iced Earth (for the better

), that it wouldn't be long before he wound up somewhere else. He's a great vocalist, just didn't fit the IE style. I dunno if he'll fit this either, but I'll give it a looksee.

What he really needs is a band built around his style of vocals.

i'd hardly call Joe Lynn Turner, Mark Boals, Goran Edman or Mike Vescera Dio clones, and i think they all did a decent job with Yngwie.

Nah, he's a halford clone. Almost as good

that cover of Mr Crowley was actually really good. I just didnt like how yngwie completely disregarded randy's own-filled solo to put some rather out-of-place sounding yngwie licks.
