I'm scared; my girlfriend's favorite band is growing on me ...
Well, maybe it's from seeing them live twice in a week and meeting the guys to find out they're all nice and cool guys. Or maybe because I'm used to her digging annoying whiney emo, and these guys aren't that (or at least not to too much of an extent). Anywho, the band is Bayside. They put on a decent show, and they actually have some decent guitar work. Plus, the vocals aren't the typical emo garbage (no offense to any emo fans). Here's a vid because I'm sure a lot of guys haven't heard of them.

But, I understand man. I only like ONE song from Bayside: Devotion and Desire. Plus, you met them and it's just kinda hard to not like a band you met that are all chill as fuck.  My girlfriend gets me to listen to "questionable" stuff every now and them hahaCOUGHtakingbacksundayCOUGH
