![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | DVDs of bands in the studio. Anyone know any good ones? I love watching the DVD that came with God Forbid's "Constitution of Treason" over and over. Watching a band record and work together in the studio is just really cool, IMO. So, does anyone else know of any DVDs showing bands in the studio? Preferably bands of the metal variety ... There's a hole in the world like a great black pit And it's filled with people who are filled with shit And the vermin of the world inhabit it But not for long ... |

![]() ![]() | The special edition of Dream Theater's Systematic Chaos comes with a 90 minutes DVD with a detailed report of the recording process of the album. Definitly worth checking out. The special edition of In Flames' Come Clarity comes with a DVD of IE playing the whole album "live" in their rehearsal space. Signature Removed - Image exceeds 300 px by 100 px |

![]() | Yeah the classic albums series is fantastic. Even Metallica's Year and A Half Part 1 is pretty interesting, as is the Roadrunner United DVD (althought that one doesn't really focus on the serious side of the studio). |

![]() ![]() | +1 for Lamentations and Systematic Chaos, both are very interesting. "These songs are long and there are fast parts, so that automatically means that they're good!" |
