Yeah, the intros do resemble each other. If one copied the other, it'd be BFMV copying the Juliana Theory, since they came out first and released that song way earlier.

If, instead of pushing the play button, you click on the video itself, it will take you directly to the videos because they do still exist. I notice that Youtube does that a lot because they're gay.

I don't much care for either of the bands at all, but yeah I do hear the resemblance in the intros.

Bullet For My Valentine? Plagiarists? How is this even up for discussion? This band rips off Trivium, for christ's sake

The only reason anyone even knows who they are is because they're the only marketable band the UK metal scene has so they're pimped to oblivion. Oh well.

I don't listen to either Bullet For My Valentine or Trivium, but when I listened to that BFMV song, the first thought that popped into my head wasn't "The Juliana Theory!" but was, "They sound... exactly like... Trivium..." And that's from the 2-3 songs I've heard from Trivium by now. Before that video, I had never heard Bullet For My Valentine. I had assumed they were goth metal or something. Guess I was way off.

They suck.

However, while they may be the only marketable metal band the UK has, I'm eager to point out that does not mean UK metal sucks. I mean, the US has loads of marketable metal bands, and they all suck too.
