strikes me as weird that it doesn't get the same kind of negative response from fans that the original Enemies of Reality release did....i mean, overall it's not a completely awful mix, but who let that mix get released, and why?

I love the mix and tone on dreaming neon black. It really helps set the album's atmosphere in my opinion.
