1. As always, what a brilliant composition. Is there anything in rock to compare to it?

2. What a fantastic job. I'd seen this before, but this is a brilliant adaptation to solo guitar. Great addition to anyone's repertoire.

I get in arguements with people when I say that this song is far more ambitious and grandoise in scale than "Stairway to Heaven". It is the very definition of the word "epic". The middle section is one of those things that just shouldn't work, but does, and does perfectly. It makes stairway look stitched together in comparison.

Scarpie is a jewel in the rough
i saw this video way back, one of his students, customers who bought the dvd, recorded a video of him playing what he learned and it was just as awesome. apparently easy to learn, but yeah how easy, cause that looks pretty damn complex. imean you are basically playing a whole bands composition with two hands. phenomenal nontheless!!! great find!
