I actually think this is a good idea. Chris will get more exposure and Megadeth gets a kickass guitar player.

if this does actually mean that he's leaving nevermore, than it's a shame (although i suppose, as said, he wasn't permanent - right?)

but the strange thing is that my gut reaction to hearing that he's now in megadeth was that it was a pity. i'd prefer to see him in something else really.

It's a good gig for Broderick. He'll get a lot more exposure than he would in Nevermore.

Yeah it's cool from a career building and exposure standpoint, but I feel sorry for him having to deal with Mustaine

Well, according to Nevermore Official website the current lineup is:
Warrel Dane – vocals
Jeff Loomis – lead, rhythmn and acoustic guitars
Jim Sheppard – bass
Van Williams – drums

And so does their myspace.com profile confirm.

Uhm... it would be cool for Chris to get a fat paycheck for playing.

It great for Chris career, but I don't think it's best for his playing. I hope Megadeth music will be much better then
