Vocals and Bass`finally up on the new tracks!

A follow up to the comments I made in chat, I listened to it again through my sony cans and it sounds a lot better. So I don't know if that means my speakers are fucked, maybe what I said before is irrelevant, maybe the speakers are showing me more, I don't know. Through the speakers the vocals sound like they are clipping and the whole thing sounds noisy, I don't know what I am hearing or what is wrong, I listened to a CD as a comparison and I noticed nothing wrong, so I think it is in the recording.

Through the headphones as far as the instruments go the only thing I don't like is the hats sound a little harsh, they really stand out over everything else. Through the headphones some of the vocals (the clean ones) sound distant/muffled I think

sort of like he is singing through a couple of socks. I really don't know because I know fuck all about recording however performance wise the clean vocals sound a little strained/forced like his voice was tired when they were recorded.

I really want to hear a better quality recording of these especially OCWB because like I said before that song is catchy as fuck and those riffs and solo just stay in my head.

Summary, the songs are

the recording needs improving, get your advice from someone else because I probably just confused you as I have no idea what I am talking about when it comes to recording.
