Look, I love political bands (that agree with my politics ), and love lyrics with social context.

But what the fuck does that have to do with WASP, one of the greatest fucking hard rock bands ever? You can't write progressive, socially intelligent lyrics when you're as drunk as Chris Holmes, or as high on cocaine as Blackie was, c'mon. Fucking youngsters.

I have no problem with "fun time" bands but I just dont like lyrics that only deal with sex. Like on the video above, the guy was a dick to him (someone who bought his albums) because he didn't have a vagina.

Im not talking about political lyrics, I mean something that isn't about the same thing every song. Again im not saying "omg tehy suxorz", I just cant get into self oriented music (how much "bling" THEY gots, how big THEIR rims are, or how THEY are going to sex you up).

Their lyrics don't just deal with sex. Check out the Crimson Idol album, Unholy Terror, etc.

Looking over those, the early albums hold nothing for me, but the latter ones (lyrically) have what I am talking about. The neon god stuff is pretty interesting to read (again a social commentary of sorts)
